Works extremely well, side not if using Plex go with this rather than the tube model as it doesn't handle 4k well

Great video and audio quality but it is UI is a bit buggy at times.

It’s probably the best streaming box and has good Alexa integration. However, I could not get HD audio to work with my system. It would only output Dolby digital plus and nvidia was slow to respond and not very helpful.

Pricey device, but you get a lot for it. Can stream almost everything. Will have most popular streaming service, but not all of them. Lots of guides on internet on how to get the most use out of this device.

This is an awesome device worthy of 5 stars just for the software support alone. I have has some hiccups but overall 5 star worthy.

I didn't know I needed this until I got it on a whim. The dlss upres feature is a must have when internet is not the best.

You pay top dollar for a reason! Literally have full customization control...upgraded from those garbage ad-filled FireTVs.

The remote has triangle shape which is somewhat uncomfortable to hold, and Android TV feels pretty limited. No browser included, and the options for third party browsers are shady. Lots of things you would expect to be available in the app store are just not present, leaving you to hunt for APKs on third party websites. Mouse and keyboard support is spotty, working in certain apps and menus and not in others. For all intents and purposes you can't use the device without a Google account. No more GameStream is the frosting on the cake. Unless your sole purpose is to run Kodi or some other specialized app, I think there are much better value options out there.

best TV box, I have used these for years. Very reliable. Whenever the new version comes out I will be buying it from Best buy.

Currently replaced my fire stick, can run its own plex server as well!

This is by far the best home theater streamer purchased. I liked so much I bought a second one.

A very good media player. Allows steam games to be played from the cloud. The remote voice recognition is very handy.

I use it for video streaming. It can have many play store apps loaded on it. I have had no hanging up or crashing issues. Good product.

Fantastic box for cable cutters that want to stream from multiple services. Only gripe and the reason I gave a four, is the remote. The big Netflix button is easy to accidentally push and it switches to Netflix.

I bought this mostly for the way it handles audio formats (built in apps are crap for audio). Works great in that regard, but very buggy. Sometimes freezes and only way to unfreeze is to unplug and plug back in. Other times you can't control the audio volume, it just stops working. Many other annoyances, but for what I need it for, it's great. When it works.

I like the device, I hate the remote. It does everything well and it’s the best streamer but they kind of blew the big one with the remote.
