    I have Fire Sticks and was trying to get something to eliminate buffering. This doesn't eliminate the buffering but i believe it's the best option.

    It's ok. Sometimes streaming video looks a little wonky due to the upscaling. The "gaming" on it is pretty rough. Especially with a mouse and keyboard. The input lag makes it virtually unusable even plugged into gigabit ethernet. Definitely don't buy this for your Shadow service. There is a long convoluted workaround apparently, but essentially it forces and android mouse over your Windows session which again makes it virtually unusable.

    Plenty power for any streaming needs. I wish that this model had the touch power button on the box itself like the older shields.

    Bought this in February (if memory serves) and never could get it to work properly and/or as advertised. Additionally, I had to start two unwanted online accounts before even BEGINNING to make the thing work. All I wanted was a video server for my home network to replace an older and outdated WDTV server that worked VERY well for over 10 years. I expected WAY more from nVidia considering their history of excellent products. May be me, may be the device was faulty....hard to tell. Regardless, after spending approximately 40 hours of wrestling and wrangling, I gave up and returned to Best Buy.
