I wanted to love this product soo badly. But the UI is a mess, and it’s endlessly buggy. Finally got tired of fighting with it, and returned it. Just buy an Xbox or PlayStation or even. BluRay player.

Solid performing streaming device. Remote is okay, but native YouTube app doesn't support HDR content and the colors looked washed out no matter the color profile on my LG OLED. Probably an alright GeforceNow device, but I wasn't impressed with it's streaming capabilities. AI upscale also isn't what it's hyped up to be. Still edges look alright, but anything in motion will not be sharpened.

The ease of use and functionality of this device is great. I enjoy my experience with it. The onky thing I would change is the sensitivity of the Netflix button.

Not bad, I still prefer my Apple TV to this. It runs a couple of apps not available on Apple TV.

Absolutely horrible, previous versions came highly recommended by family and friends and while I really wanted to like the Shield it was inconsistent at best regularly freezing up, and even more inconsistent as a Plex Media Server or even as a plex interface. My smart tv behaves with no issues. And without a second unneeded device connected to my network. Very disappointing while this may have been the top notch available years ago, that reputation appears to have made NVIDIA complacent. Ultimately an unnecessary device based on current built in technology available.

It was a little bit heavy and was very useful to use at your home. The design was elegant and unique as well.

Worst smart TV EVER. Froze randomly, turned it off via remote and back on. Started to reboot/power randomly aka turn it on shows a home screen menu for a few seconds and then turns off. Unplugged for 10 min and plugged back in to do a hard reboot and same thing. I have two of these and both since about 10 days ago refuse to play any video from Hulu (error P-320DEV), Hulu and Nvidia have no actual steps to troubleshoot besides factory reset the Nvidia device and reload every single app and login. Totally no support for what is largely overpriced.
