Not possible to review something i paid for but did not receive. Customer service is horrible and was of no help in providing me assistance or a refund.

Google has now forced full screen ads on this device its a premium box now full of ads it looks just like any knock off android box not worth it dont buy now.

remote stopped working after a few days. Bestbuy return policy told me to go talk to the manufacture. Not to self do not purchase from best buy

Was not impressed actually. Works ok but still Apple or Roku slam competition.

Super glitchy. Just get a chromecast 4K at 1/5 of the price, and save yourself alot of time. AI enhancement is just meh, and casting twice requires a Shield power off/on. If you are not interested in streaming games, don't waste your time or money.

It started with advertisements being shoved in your face and taking up most of the screen. The AMC+ app crashed constantly. Then Google made it so you couldn't do in App purchases without paying them extra. Went back to my 4 year old Roku.

Inappropriate and obnoxious ads cover the home screen now. Gone and ruined a great product.

We purchased this primarily to be a Plex server. It is awful. It won't stay online and it won't find new movies or TV shows that are copied to the hard drive. The whole point of this thing was to be able to watch our movie collection without having to get each disc out. Big fail.

Unit was great for thenfirst few months than the remote started acring wried. Now it doesnt even work now. Would not recommend. Oh and wothout the remote you cannotnuse the unit.

Apps don't update and will stop working randomly. No way to fix this and Nvidia is not smart enough to fix it in their end (Google the issue, it's been ongoing for years). Completely regret buying this and will avoid Nvidia at all costs from now on.

Constant issues with hdmi connection. Best buys return policy is just as bad. Highly recommend Amazon.

Nvidia removed the one feature that made this useful which was streaming from PC to the device. Now you can only stream using Geoforce now. No thanks.

We mainly watch Hulu live. The voice is completely out of sync. Sounds like an issue with android tv. I spent hours online trying to fix the issue. Nothing worked. Brought it back and got the 2021 Apple TV 4K. Don’t waste your time on this.

Somehow if this product is trying to compete with apple then its way off. Apple is flawless. The remote on this device is pathetic i have to constantly change batteries and becomes unresponsive until i remove the batteries and put it back

No apps work AT ALL except Netflix. Says I have 1000mbps streaming but when I click on an app it then says cannot connect. I will be returning this!! Very disappointing

no good for streamers, , get virus and can not load after first time load Spectrum again. Returned.
