GREAT product! Perfect for the Hey Google or Alexa user alike. LOVE the Plex Media Server compatability and integration, and the processor is absolutely amazingly fast and responsive. Don't let the size of the hardware in the picture deter you, it is actually quite small and concealable about the size of a small notebook.

Quite expensive but very nice. Lacks a few things found on most Android tv boxes but very powerful unit. Would be nice if you could update the firmware from Android 9 to a more up to date version. I believe they may be working towards that. The best

One of the best items I have purchased. It's a steaming box with upscaling and audio is great. Perfect for upscaling video and audio in Atmos.

I love this thing, use it daily. Despite some thumbnail storage issues with Plex, it is a fantastic streaming device. Cloud gaming and 4K upscaling work great.

Best player on the market right now. I would give it a very slight edge over my apple tv 4k due to the AI upscaler. Blazing fast performance and it makes any 1080p content look 4k and even improves on 480p content. The only slight drawback is the lack of apple tv plus app support.

The best streaming box there is. I do not have a 4K tv yet (yes yes) but the picture quality and sound from the Shield is awesome. Best upgrade from my Roku stick!

This is a beautiful streaming device. You can download any app for it and use everything on there. You can also hook it up to a hard drive, and you can use any of the old movies that you have saved in the past on your hard drives, and you can play it off there as well, which makes it extraordinary. I have used Apple TV devices for many years, and I have to say that the video quality on this is much more excellent and cleaner. 

I now own two of these. They are very responsive and work well. The AI upscaling to 4k is pretty good. Probably one of the best streamers available. That being said the design and hardware are a few years old and a price drop and hardware refresh are probably overdue.

Absolutely great product . So much better than previous version of shield tv. My biggest cliche with the previous version was the remote , that will sleep all the time. This one not only had a good sturdy remote but also the picture and sound quality - absolutely top class . Highly recommend !!!

Item was purchased several months ago. have not had complaint no issues with overloading. Runs perfect.

I bought this months ago and I cannot believe how nice these are. I wish Nvidia would make a new one though

This device is fast and picture quality is good, but Geforce Now is one of the absolute most difficult apps I have EVER used in my entire life. Syncing up numerous passwords, inability to control open games, etc has been painful. It's a shame that Geforce Now is so awful and the integration with steam is abysmal. Also, I'm not able to install apps that I want, so i have to mirror from an android phone to use the apps. Unfortunately, I'll be returning this device as it's just way to unreliable.

AI upscaling is great for all your favorite apps. The ability to sideload apps is also a plus & Geforce Now works wonderful as well.

Awesome is all I can say . I switched from a google chrome cast and a fire tv stick and won’t go back . It being android tv is the best part . You can side load apps to it and play games and use a keyboard and mouse if you want . I use mine to run all my streaming services and run some android apps like my online gran board app for my dart board . I like the fact it has Ethernet so I can hard wire it in and it’s not closed off like fire stick

Top notch media streaming device. No other device on the market comes remotely close to this. It's been out for years and beats Apple tv easily Only complaint is the storage space which sucks

Very fast, easy to set up. Streams an almost picture perfect video to your tv. Make sure you have 4k hdmi cables, makes a difference. Icons are set up nicely and can be moved around easily. Great purchase if you're looking for the highest quality android streaming box

I was really excited to get this box. I didn't even know about these boxes till a month ago. I did my research and decided on getting the best one on the market as far as specs are concerned. Man, now i know better. What they don't tell you is that now google and nvidia throw nonstop ads through this thing at you in the form of paid advertisers.....WHY did they change 6yrs of not advertising? Seems like most of the apps that were available are gone from the store. Web browsers got removed. Took 2 days to get the thing onto my home network (nvidia's customer service was nice to help....in a way. By directing me to a forum page that didnt help). Write speeds are horrible too. I wanted to move my digital library onto the adopted external storage but google and nvidia have not made this box user friendly in that manner. Now all that said it does have some pros: 4k upscaling, streaming services open immediately, streams fast, i have no interest in a plex server but i see the advantages though, and it takes up no room at all. Remote is nice (had to disable voice assistant and mute mic but that doesnt bother me). Would i buy again? Same model and same issues and same hardware? No. Seems like they are trying to force us to a cloud only media center. Not when google keeps removing paid apps with impunity, who knows when it will disappear from your library? Very unpleasant experience with this box.

This thing is a beast. Getting a second one. Snappy apps and plenty of features. Love the way you can insert a USB stick and view media. Plex server and client installed. You can Chromecast to it as well. Super powerful!!!

Overall Best Streaming Device to have, I have two of these and they are Awesome

My household really enjoys this product since out smart TV is getting older. Our tv used to crash and freeze because it couldn’t process all of the running applications but the Shield solved that problem. You can do a lot on this even play games. Highly recommended and worth the money.
