Product gives the opportunity to view shows and movies new and old long after the availability has expired. But the process to do this is not user friendly. Maybe for a techie it could be easy.

love it... have a couple of wrinkles with Plex and MP3s, but I believe that's a PLEX issue. This device can play EVERYTHING... unlike ATV, Firestick, BluRay players and Roku's.

I just use it to run a streaming service and it works great for that. Can’t speak to any other uses.

Love this Nvidia shield so much that I own 3 of them. I use kodi, netflix. Disney+, Hulu. Amazon prime. All work great on my 4k TV'S. I also have this unit hooked up to my receiver to get dolby atmos sound.

I am full ingratiated in the google ecosystem and have used a sheild for years. This update is faster and smoother experience, it also updates the wifi antenna making the streaming and downloading experience much better.

I own 2 pro's and one of the standards (tube shape) best streaming device i've found you can get something cheaper and it will work most of the time but I know i'm covered when I have a Nvidia Shield

Very nice slim it doesn't take up a lot of room, the pictures are great they are so crisp.... Once you get one of these you will be satisfied

This streaming box is running great. The remote feel good in the hand. Their nothing bad about this Nvidia Shield... You always want something a lot cheaper... but if you can't get it cheap... it's worth it.

The best purchase of 2023 for a product that was first released in 2015. It is still ahead of its time. I love it.

After buying and tinkering around with other Android based boxes and sticks, the end result was always disappointing as they tend to slow down only after a couple weeks of use. With the Nvidia Shield TV Pro, it has been an absolute dream to use. It practically supports almost all codecs for today’s standards. I am able to use it as a Plex server and stream 4K content with ease. The gamestream included is absolutely great as I am able to play games in my gaming rig on my 4K TV with little to no latency (make sure you are wired internet and have a good amount of bandwidth). Overall the premium price is worth the cost as this is the flagship of Android TV.

A knowledgeable friend recommended this to replace our firestick and although it took a day or so to adjust to the format, It's improved our picture quality tremendously

Nvidia ShyPro remains a great product for media streaming and gaming with the grandchildren.

The shield streamer is a great product! My experience with this is way different from Roku. Roku has an app I would like that the shield doesn't support. Also the shield started to act up way sooner. It's more costly than others. Would recommend but get the two year geek squad protection.

There are two parts to my review here. As a streaming box is highly powerful works well and is overall a joy to use. I would give it five stars as a streaming box and a video game player, which I did not try but I know there’s plenty of games available. Not a huge fan of the remote but the great thing about it is that it works without having to pointed out the box so it’s probably RF orBluetooth or something. Now my second part of review, which is the reason why I bought it was to use it as a Plex server. Long story sure it did not work for me. All is well as a server until the Plex server decided to stop working and I have no idea why. For the amount of money I paid I cannot keep it just for streaming. Ultimately decided to return it because without the Plex server it was redundant as I already have an Apple TV and the Roku box. If you looking for an android steam streaming box, This one is the best option available.
