Easy to use and streams shows quickly. Much faster and easier to use than going through our TV. Definitely worth it for faster streaming services.

if on a budget the chromecast with google tv is great, but if you want the best, this is it! It's really quick and works as a great Plex server

I just upgraded to new NVIDA SHIELD Android TV Pro 2019 from 2017 SHIELD TV 4K. I like the upgraded performance for runing PLEX server. More stably and fast.

This is one of the best set top streaming devices you can get. Period. Yes it's pricier but it's worth the additional cost to just have something that works so well.

I bought this as an advanced chromecast replacement. It's been nice not having to cast things from a phone. I did have some issues with 5ghz wifi not reconnecting from sleep, but eventually I hardwired this to my network to freeing up wifi bandwidth anyway. Android TV and this unit brings just about every streaming app you'd want (Netflix, YouTube, Disney+, Hulu, all major network apps, etc). I also loaded up retroarch to play emulated games, the shield controller is great for this.

I have the older model, but recently bought a new tv and needed the upgraded Nvidia shield. Love the new remote and the unit itself is the best you can get.

Smooth operation. Good storage unlike GoogleTV dongle. I am still trying to set up options, etc.

It didn't get much better. All the gaming we need with Stadia, GeForce Now, and Steam Link. This is the best, Keep it up Nvidia.

Great just lil expensive versus other options overall great ps i don't use the gamer side of it

I have a Apple TV, Amazon firestick and a smart TV.. Let's just say that since I bought my Nvidia shield all those other systems have been collecting dust..

If you wanna stream quickly, this is your unit. This has the greatest remote I’ve ever used. User friendly. Many custom options.

Fantastic with one major flaw. AI upscaling is great, everything is great, EXCEPT the Bluetooth audio, it's horrible, very weak connection and flat out doesn't work on certain devices with skipping and popping.

This is great for streaming and emulation of older systems. I would recommend it to anyone that wants to have a great streaming box with extra features in it.

I’ve had several streaming devices and this one puts them all to shame. I’m hardwired and it is amazingly fast. Happy to get away from Amazon.

it's a must have for any cord cutting family....it's fast and the menus are great. also it can have a whole retro arcde INSTALLED ON IT.

I’ve owned the shield pro twice. I’ve also returned it twice. It just doesn’t hold a candle to the Apple TV. Yes you can decode more audio formats with the shield pro, but that’s about all you can do that you can’t on an Apple TV. The Apple TV beats it out in all important categories: ease of use, app availability, and remote (new version). While I owned it I experience lagging, UI glitches, freeze ups…all things I’ve never experienced on my Apple TV.
