The remote stops responding, the shield pro has to be unplugged too many times in one sitting. Apps randomly crash, audio lags, graphics corruption when changing apps. These bugs have existed for since early 2021. Can't figure out why Nvidia won't fix them. There are so many bug reports and too many existing bugs to justify the price tag. The upscaling is incredible, but not that good to put up with this hassle.

This thing is a beast. I use for streaming and as a Plex media server. Plex media server can be a pain if power is lost to the Unit but that is no fault of NVIDIA.

As the headline states. It's the best one out there. The only issue is that there aren't a ton of apps available for it. I wish more tv streaming services were available. AT&T???

Superior the using the smarthub on any smart tv. Quick setup and lightning fast response.

I love my NVIDIA Shield. I can watch all my favorite movies and TV shows streamed through my Shield without any buffering. This is an awesome device.

This is the best most reliable streaming device without a doubt.

Plays every file i have thrown at it with no problems whatsoever. Purchased the shield pro to replace my xbox one and it is worth every penny.

I am able to get updated apps my smart TV doesn't support. The cast to chrome feature is nice and the gaming experience is very nice. This was definitely worth it for me.

I love the Nvidia Shield Pro. It absolutely blows away my Firestick 4k. The Shield Pro is much more responsive and it passes through Dolby Atmos audio

Shield has been great as a set top box. Helped me cut the cord and had great update schedule! Looking forward to many more years of using my shield.

Working flawlessly... i might consider buying Wireless keyboard that would be really handy. I wish the remote would be air mouse but you can connect external if you want.

Took a chance on this after suffering too many buffering issues with Fire Stick 4K. Not perfect by any means but runs much smoother with less issues.

This is a fantastic product. I went this route vs others because of the overall quality and cost. It offered more and seemed like a better product.

This is the best streaming box you can buy. I wish the remote was a better shape.

Love this device for gaming on nvidia g force and for its streaming interface definitely a better option compared to google tv

I was disappointed with the Plex Server performance and ended up returning the device. For everything other than plex, the device was great. I love the remote.

I bought this to use various apps like Plex, Netflix, Hulu, Amazon and more. The apps load much faster and run much better than on my Tivo. I do wish it came with a controller.
