No apps work AT ALL except Netflix. Says I have 1000mbps streaming but when I click on an app it then says cannot connect. I will be returning this!! Very disappointing

I purchased this product and had to send it back didn't work. I will see how the second one fares. Plus the remote control to change batteries was almost impossible to open, had to go on YouTube to figure it out... no instructions.

The reviews around this product will tell you wonders and probably they are right, but how can you defend it ; when is not a 100% android base. In short: YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO DOWNLOAD ANY ANDROID APP YOU WANT TO INSTALL !

buyer beware. Remote control stopped working after 2nd day. Customer support only open Monday thru Friday. I cant even get 4k stream. This device is pure garbage. If I can get 0 stars on it I would.

Doesn't work with hulu or paramount plus apps reliably. Netflix and YouTube are the only video apps it will play with out multiple reboots.

Nvidia is discontinuing the service they provide for streaming games directly from your home pc. A google chromecast can perform the same with steam link.

no good for streamers, , get virus and can not load after first time load Spectrum again. Returned.

I was told by the Best Buy phone respresentative I talked to that this unit does 4K and Dolby Atmos in their Disney + app, it did not, returned it. Got a Roku Ultra for half the price and does what they said it does

Package was delivered to Default location 980 miles away, despite adding a new address on web page. They lost control of their shipping. Won't buy via Ontrack or mail order BestBuy again

not good at all. it is a very buggy device. the last update they did literally broke it. save your money and buy amazon firestick 4k - same features - just cost less money... will return this product for my money back

Bad product streaming box came defective I couldn't set it up. I need to send it back for another box.

Didn't see a real difference in Netflix quality. Nvidia got rid of gamestream. Can't control volume with shield remote.

Audio sync issues are a daily event. This is a widespread situation that Nvidia has known about since 2019 and they are not responding to it. You're better off getting a roku elite.

Can't control my volume via CEC to my receiver, my $30 firestick can even do that. Having to point the controller at the receiver and control via ir is ridiculous.

Solid device but the latest update absolutely ruined it.
