Great device and design. However, I'm having issues with the remote. It doesn't work because the light of the remote is motion sensitive, I assume it drains the remote itself. But the batteries still work because I tested it out on a different remote. I'm not sure how to fix this issue besides taking the batteries off for a few days and then it works. But I have to wait a few days to use this device, because I now have no way of turning it on... :(

Best android box on the market, can even play most retro games and stream some newer games.

This version has been quite disappointing as the improvements have been incremental and the most recent Android update has downgraded the experience with unwanted ads in the form of “recommendations”.

Best tv box available now. Compared to my Mi box, this android tv is very well developed and the 4k image is a way better than the Mi box. If you are looking for a trusted tv box, Shield is the one.

Works great it has a good image and it’s the best solution of you are look for a alternative device highly recommend.

By far the best streaming machine out there, especially if you use plex media server. Can pretty much handle any file you throw at it.

I think it is a very good device some of the apps might need update like the vudu app overall good not a lot of space internally I enjoy it it has pretty much everything you want to watch My older ones seem to be burning out due to heavy usage I would say I would recommend it pretty pricey

This device works exactly like you would expect it to runs well has a very nice interface very user friendly and just works. I would compare it to the Apple TV because it offers everything it does in an Android platform plus this one has games.

I own one 2019 Pro abd two 2017 models. All of them serve me well. Nvidia supports these 100% with updates unlike other devices where you basically have to buy a new one.

Blows any built in TV software away. Ability to stream games directly from my pc onto the tv. Can sideload any apps you like. 4K upscaling is excellent.

Works easy and awesome quality up to 4K output. Starting to play/work with various Google apps to see more of what it really can do!!

Its no surprise it works so well better then most streaming devices and sharpens the video with the extra enhancements and with all the apps you need from the playstore makes even better

As good as advertised. a little bit difficult to set up some apps. but the gigabit ethernet port make it as good as the Apple TV 4K for about the same price.

This product is a great way to get all your streaming services on one device that can be easily transported. I purchased this item for travel purposes and look forward to my first boring night in a hotel to use it.

Have been trying to get one of these boxes for a while. Finally got one from Best buy. They seem to be able to get the hard to get items not available in other online stores. Even Amazon. Kudos to them.

This is extremely fast, and the menu is well organized. I also use Apple TV, which is great. However, this provides a little more flexibility and customization. The gaming experience is a nice benefit.
