Happened after the latest software update, which was after about a year of having the first one. The replacement was fine, until it forced us to update, then it had the same issues. There was no resolution, we tried contacting them and we were told there was no fix planned.

Way more movies to choose from, most remotes these days are kinda junky but not this one. Definitely a great buy
