Tricky to set up

Great 4k, fast UI, Netflix button infuriating

AI upscaling on old content is beautiful. But the Netflix button is the biggest button on the thing and the only one that gets hit on accident interrupting literally everything you do on the device. Want to disable the button? That sounds like something that should be totally customizable on a $200 MSRP item. Not this one. You have to pay for a 3rd party program called Button Mapper if you want to do something so basic. So take this one review with a grain of salt but I've hit the darn Netflix button enough for me to come here and give this thing 1 stars just to vent at my remote. Stop interrupting my media with this dumb button you stupid triangle.

I love the nvidia sheild but..

But when I received it, the packaging seemed as if it was euther someones return or a floor model? The remote I've changed the batteries several times to get it to work. Just seemed strange ..

Buggy, kept freezing

Tried all the updates and worked with it until I finally returned it. May have just been my experience, but I don't plan to give it another shot
