Not satisfied at all. Returned because it was useless.

Not functioning as intended . Remote is high sentive and even not pressing any button touching the remote takes to Netflix from other ones.

It came from Best Buy broken. No refund. No replacement. Good thing my credit card company sided with me. Goodbye Best Buy!

Not good for my family, it just never works properly

Nothing but problems after the Android 11 update! Apps are broken unit will not stay connected to wi-fi. This device should work much better considering the price. NVidia did you not check this update before releasing it?. I wanted to love this device but I will return the unit and go back to APPLE TV.

Purchased this to use as a PLEX server. This device did not meet my needs and was returned back to Best Buy.

Complete and utter crap. I have had nothing but problems since purchasing it. It keeps buffering. Only the ethernet works. It doesn't detect the wifi even with it sitting next to the router. The remote works occasionally even after putting new batteries in. I will be looking on how I can return this piece of junk and get a replacement.

The remote doesn't work properly and requires the batteries to be removed on a daily basis to start working again. I've contacted support and posted on the nvidia forums, but over a month later the issue still remains. Even if the issue is fixed today, it has taken way too long to fix, and issues affecting functionality this much should be a higher priority.

Garbage. Will never buy again. Updated to newest version and now device will not turn on. Have unplugged from device waited twenty or more seconds five times and nothing. Changed power source twice and did above nothing. Changed remote batteries twice nothing.

$200 and supposed to be cutting edge? No YouTube HDR? Are you kidding. Going back for ROKU

There are much better options out there like a Apple TV this was unreliable very slow and I returned it

Google has now forced full screen ads on this device its a premium box now full of ads it looks just like any knock off android box not worth it dont buy now.

My controller doesn’t work anymore. So I have an expensive streaming device with no remote.

I bought it to stream games natively from Steam, but they took away that feature. Everything else it does, I can do on my smart tv. Going to return as soon as I can.

Not possible to review something i paid for but did not receive. Customer service is horrible and was of no help in providing me assistance or a refund.

Was not impressed actually. Works ok but still Apple or Roku slam competition.

Inappropriate and obnoxious ads cover the home screen now. Gone and ruined a great product.

Super glitchy. Just get a chromecast 4K at 1/5 of the price, and save yourself alot of time. AI enhancement is just meh, and casting twice requires a Shield power off/on. If you are not interested in streaming games, don't waste your time or money.

It started with advertisements being shoved in your face and taking up most of the screen. The AMC+ app crashed constantly. Then Google made it so you couldn't do in App purchases without paying them extra. Went back to my 4 year old Roku.

We purchased this primarily to be a Plex server. It is awful. It won't stay online and it won't find new movies or TV shows that are copied to the hard drive. The whole point of this thing was to be able to watch our movie collection without having to get each disc out. Big fail.
