Horrible. Do not buy!

No way to fix this and Nvidia is not smart enough to fix it in their end (Google the issue, it's been ongoing for years). Completely regret buying this and will avoid Nvidia at all costs from now on.

Bad remote

Now it doesnt even work now. Would not recommend. Oh and wothout the remote you cannotnuse the unit.

Too many issues.

Sounds like an issue with android tv. I spent hours online trying to fix the issue. Nothing worked. Brought it back and got the 2021 Apple TV 4K. Don’t waste your time on this.

Pathetic remote

Apple is flawless. The remote on this device is pathetic i have to constantly change batteries and becomes unresponsive until i remove the batteries and put it back

Dead On Arrival

Bought the only piece left in farmers branch Best Buy, only to learn when came home that it was dead brand new out of the box. There were not other items available for replacement.

I will see how the second one fares. Plus the remote control to change batteries was almost impossible to open, had to go on YouTube to figure it out... no instructions.
