I was told by the Best Buy phone respresentative I talked to that this unit does 4K and Dolby Atmos in their Disney + app, it did not, returned it. Got a Roku Ultra for half the price and does what they said it does

Package was delivered to Default location 980 miles away, despite adding a new address on web page. They lost control of their shipping. Won't buy via Ontrack or mail order BestBuy again

not good at all. it is a very buggy device. the last update they did literally broke it. save your money and buy amazon firestick 4k - same features - just cost less money... will return this product for my money back

The device does't want to turn on. I will need to change it. Not happy with the purchase.

Didn't see a real difference in Netflix quality. Nvidia got rid of gamestream. Can't control volume with shield remote.

Audio sync issues are a daily event. This is a widespread situation that Nvidia has known about since 2019 and they are not responding to it. You're better off getting a roku elite.

Can't control my volume via CEC to my receiver, my $30 firestick can even do that. Having to point the controller at the receiver and control via ir is ridiculous.

Did not work as expected and messed up my TV bad. Not worth the money.

This is the best Android TV and streaming TV available. It pairs well with an Xbox controller or Bluetooth keyboard. The remote that is included with the Shield TV pro is fantastic. Incredibly easy to set up, pair with my TV and sound bar, and controll everything from it. There is no lag between pressing buttons and the Shield's response. Other streaming devices I have used can be slow, difficult to navigate, and freeze up. Shield pro has not. The Google assistant built-in feature just adds to the awesomeness. If you are a gamer, this Shield TV is amazing for streaming games with the Nvidia GeForce Now. You have to sign up for it. There's a free version, but I quickly upgraded to the $9.99/month subscription and I can stream so many games with incredible graphics from my gaming PC on my home network and/or stream from NVIDIA'S cloud. (You don't have to pay extra to stream your own games if you're running them on a local gaming PC.) The GPU in this tiny Shield TV pro is impressive. I have been very happy with my purchase and highly recommend this for anyone who wants the best performance in a Streaming TV device, and for anyone that wants to stream PC games to your TV.

Because it’s does not look clean the dashboard to much going on in it the setting not easy to used

I bought this jun 7 it lasted till july 15. Wait 5 minutes for assitance just to get started. NVIDIA put me on permanent hold

Even though it's been around for a while, it's still the best Android TV box. Works great, fast, excellent image quality, uses AI to upsample to 4K, etc., supports most of the latest sound and color enhancement technology. My only complaint is that it should definitely have more built-in storage space than it has. Of course, you can add a USB stick to expand it but that also uses up one of your USB ports. The low amount of built in storage is why I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5.

I never write reviews but I felt the Nvidia Shield deserves one. I've been through multiple streaming devices over the years such as firestick, knockoff android boxes etc. The Nvidia Shield is just amazing right out the gates and the fact that you can even squeeze more goodness from this thing is a bonus. It's small yet stylish profile complements my Ps4 Pro, Ps3 and Router very nicely on my entertainment center. Not only does it excel at streaming, but if gaming is also your thing it excels at that too, especially in retro gaming emulation. This thing brings back so much nostalgia while ushering in a pleasurable streaming experience in the modern age. I know the price tag can make you second guess but PLEASE DON'T! This device is worth every penny and even double if you look online to get the most out of it. Join the cord cutting revolution and buy the shield!!!
