Wayyyy better then the Google Chromecast tv dongle! This has more storage so you'll never run out of space and more ram so it won't slow down.

It's the best media stranger on the market. The AI upscaling is amazing. Paired with an 4k tv it's a leaps and bounds better than the original 2015 Nvidia shield pro.

I brought the nvidia shield for my mother for Christmas, and she is really impressed by it. I knew she would like it because I brought me one a couple of years ago.

Sometimes it acts a little glitchy. I bought this to play games from my PC on my TV. That works great. but a lot of times I have to close out the apps to get them to re-work. Overall I would recommend this product though.

Very good device for streaming . I almost used it everyday . Very easy to use , I connected to my phone so I can pick play YouTube faster . I’m very happy to having this shield .

The Shield is very fast and responsive with excellent picture and sound quality. My only complaints are a small remote and the lack of Youtube HDR compatibility. I would definitely recommend this product even at its higher than average price.

Expensive unless using for gaming has lots of preloaded apps

Perfect exactly what I wanted. So fast and fluid, definitely the best android tv device. Haven't tried gaming on it yet but I'm sure it'll be a beast just as advertised.

Wonderful streaming box. Very easy to set up and much better remote than previous version. I have 2 other streaming Android boxes but the Shield tv is far superior.

It’s no secret this is the best box out. Buy it once instead of boxes that don’t update and get the best picture quality. Couldn’t believe the difference vs my previous box.

I love these Shields, i've run several over the years in various locations and they have always ran solid with no issues at all.

Use it mainly for Youtubetv. It's hooked up to somewhat older equipment, a 2016 TV and an even older Yamaha receiver with no hdmi. Everything works. The remote even turns on and shuts off the receiver and TV. The remote buttons could require a bit more pressure to activate. The netflix button in particular is easy to hit accidentally. Some buttons can be disabled or changed with third party software, which makes it slightly better.

This is much better than a firestick. The capacity and operability make it far superior to any regular firestick or 4K I've ever owned.

Initially my experience was horrible until i updated it then it was ok. The UI was decent and I don't cloud game but thats probably the only good thing about the shield. The AI upscailing could be a lot better. The device is nearly a decade old and if they made a brand new unit im sure it'd be a 10/10. The current Apple Tv stream device is way better and its cheaper and im not even a apple guy.

This is probably one of the best things I bought from Best buy. Never had any issues.

Great for apps and faster than the fire stick. Fire stick is slow and trash. This one will def keep your home entertainment running smooth

Great product minus the Wifi. It tends to go in and out when streaming movies. However, the remote fits perfectly in one's hand.

This is my 4th shield and I love them all. Every tv in my house is hooked up to one and I couldn’t be happier with their performance. Keep it up NVIDIA!
