this thing rocks being able to run pretty much anything i throw at it. will take some time though if your looking for those apps that are not on the shields market. dont worry they can be sideloaded comcast to go app works extremely well but needs to be used with a mouse or external Bluetooth device for navigation. (you need to download the apk) im not sure if its just me but the picture is alot better then my roku on the same tv. 16gb with 20.00$ 64gb sd card will suit you just fine i have yet to go under 8gb of internal space, and i have close to 30 games installed on it.( you can not add a hard drive to the 16gb model) plus emulators are close to native on this thing. having more then 5 systems in one. geforce now is pretty good just make sure you have 5ghz mode on your router. dont worry to much about the speed, mines just around 25mbs and works great.

I use this device for Kodi and it works great, I've forgotten that it's a game console to and supports 4K video!!

Customer service support is often times lost as to what to do when a problem arises. They often send you to another representative, and when you reach that representative, you are told they don't work on that particular issue. Also if you are going to use the device in any place in which the main currency is USD but are out of the the 50 States (Puerto Rico), device won't work correctly.

I loved the product, but I needed to exchange for a new piece, because one button in the control was not working.

Dead after 3 years of service don’t know if the updates from nvidia had something to do with but my shield doesn’t work it turns on but after a few minutes it shut off and no display on tv I’m sad because this unit it’s the best streaming device I ever owned after years of buying Chinese android boxes that died after two years of use I though this shield by nvidia was going to last me for a while but it died after only 3 years $200 out the window with little bit of use too it’s a shame that’s why the amazon fire stick is so popular with everyone because it’s cheap and it lasts for more than just 3 years, my geek squad is warranty expired too so I can get it fix by them either I’m very disappointed.

excellent for kodi.:)..streams fast..using for amazon prime quirky..logging in with no keypad almost impossible

Fantastic 4 streaming but very limited due to Android TV's OS not being up to par yet.
