I like the remotes headphones jack but is missing a menu button like the one on the fire tv.

Very similar to Apple TV remote. Very easy to control. Love the color.

i was very hesitant to pay so much money for a remote i figured should be like $25 at most but it's not cheap plastic the back and most of the front is made of thick aluminum and it's rechargeable making the high price much more understandable. still wish it was cheaper but if you have a nvidia shield tv you don't really have a choice.

Overall the controller works great! Looks Great! Feels Great! Sometimes there is some issues with connectivity, it might disconnect randomly or not turn off the system, but that's only like 5% of the time. It's worth the purchase good quality and is way better to navigate then the game controller the Shield TV comes with.

The remote is an absolute necessity of you purchase the Shield TV. The remote is the best I've used and has an excellent build quality, just like the controller and ShieldTV itself. The touch sensitive volume slider is something I never thought I'd need, but now that I have it, I can't live without it.

Great features and physical attributes, but...if it had a menu (right-click) button, it would be PERFECT...hence the 4 instead of 5 stars. Dear Nvidia, please make the change for the next hardware revision of this remote, and lower the price at least to $30!

I got this free as part of Black Friday deal with my Nvidia Shield. But for $49, it's definitely a no go. Go for the amazon fire bluetooth remote for $15 instead. (Assuming you are have a Nvidia Shield.)

The remote is a good remote that connect with no problem and simply easy to use. It keep and good charge and this is the first gen remote.

If you own a Nvidia Shield TV device this remote is a must have accessory. it works great and looks awesome. Very well built, very light and has volume controls too. I love it. I do not play much games so just use this with the Nvidia shield tv.

I use my shield as a media streamer/player more than a gaming console. It's annoying to have to buy this remote for extra, but it is definitely a quality remote.

It's a good remote, if not a bit pricey. But to really use the Shield as a "TV" box it's a necessity.

It's pretty much like an Apple TV remote, which is totally functional and useful. Has a voice command button that is really cool too. I still use the controller most of the time though.

Works well and better than my brothers apple tv remote so I'm a fan. The Shield of course blows anything in its market away and we'll worth the purchase price.

This is a very simple remote, but works really well on my Nvidia Shield! I use my Shield for a media player and do not use it for games, so never use the game controller only use this remote. Works great with KODI and all other apps I have thrown at it. If you are using your Shield as a media player you will want this instead of the game controller!

I was extremely happy to find out how well this remote is constructed. It's mostly made of metal and has a very responsive touch sensitive volume bar. Love it!

you have to really press on the down button on this remote so buyer beware and test thoroughly when you buy. besides that the remote was great.

I have really liked the Shield remote over allow. It's simple and works really well. However, it doesn't always seem to allow you to do everything you need. It could actually use one or two more buttons for things like making selections in Chrome. That is pretty rare though. The remote is very well built and being rechargable is awesome too. Overall it's pretty good!
