Stopped working

He tried everything including calls to his boss, coworkers that tried installing the same item, and anything else we could think of. The 20 install appointment lasted two hours with no success!

A worthy upgrade

More responsive and easy to hold than the original cracker-thin model that it came with. Highly recommend the upgrade if you've still got that thing.
