I would love it if the remote control was responsive, at this price I can say that its disappointing, sometimes it takes 3 seconds to react after pressing a button, I always do every updates

The first one I bought didn’t work for some reason so I returned it and got another one. Works fine like advertised. Little technical so If you are not really into technicalities this is not for you

I got this specifically for streaming my PC games to my 65" Samsung in the living room. Set up was simple. First time I turned it on and booted up a game on my PC, I realized the picture was awful. Double checked connections and settings. Still bad. All my equipment is at or well above what is required to run it. My PC has a GTX1080, 16 gigs ram, i7 6700 processor. Tv is Samsung KS658000. Running ethernet cable (not wifi) with 88mbs download and 12.6 upload speeds. Also using high speed 2.0 hdmi cable in first hdmi port. Should be more than enough. The games look much worse using the shield on my 4k tv than 1080p on my monitor. Details are amazing in 1080p on my monitor. But using shield, everything was blurry and fuzzy. Tried 1080 and 4k settings. Tried multiple changes to settings on TV and shield. Nothing improved it. As I said, I got this for game streaming. Don't care about the apps. My TV, xbox1, and ps4 all have the same apps. I ended up getting a 25' hdmi cable and wireless keyboard/mouse to just run my PC direct to my living room. Not really what I wanted to do, but works better than the shield.
