Great first 4K TV

I bought this based on the good reviews etc. My first unit got so hot that it killed my USB drive I had attached to it. Customer service for NVidia was really bad. They were difficult to get a hold of and had to do it in writing. They finally agreed to ship me a new unit but guess what, same thing. The unit gets way too hot and when I reach out to tech support again. They would no longer reply to me. So here I sit with a unit that is worthless and unusable. I don't think I have ever bought a product that has failed this bad and had this bad of support. I went out and bought a NAS drive, it's awesome and I should have gone this route to begin with. I will never by one of these again and don't recommend. Much better options out there.
