It's not what I thought it was. I wanted to play games and it's not easy to access them. I cannot play 4k ultra without getting higher internet speed

It’s ok. Can’t use direct tv app. The game streaming is ok but would be better if the games could be downloaded for better performance. This item is very limited

I returned I bought it for set up a kodi, but, with amazon fire tv I did the same for less. The consept is good if you want the gaming feature I would recommend this unit.

I'm so disappointed with this purchase. I bought this device for 2 reasons, the main reason is to use the Plex Server which is built in to it since I needed my server to stay always on and I didn't want to keep using my high end PC for this. The second reason is stream my PC games to it through the GeForce Experience. The device ran smoothly in the first week and everything was alright but suddenly the Shield started to reboot every 2 to 3 minutes and it become so annoying. I had to reset it to the factory setting and with that I lost my Plex server after I spent a week organizing it and had to start all over again. Unfortunately, the factory reset didn't solve the problem. I contacted Nvidia support through the online chat, the agent has gave me so many tips and tricks that I tried all but none of them worked, at the end a support request was created because it was determined it is a hardware issue, 2 days later I received an email from Nvidia asking me to provide some information about the product as well as proof of purchase and I submitted all of the documents they needed. It is been 10 days now and I haven't heard back yet and I already exceeded the return period. I will wait for 2 more days and if I don't hear back I think I can still return it to Best Buy for a store credit that I can use later to buy something more useful and it will definitely not going to be the Nvidia Shield.

Was casting directv now from my tablet to this. Constant errors, I would have to unplug it and reboot and I might get it to work. Go to cast the next day same issue. NIVIDIA tech support is useless. Complained about the remote lag too. Their final response was, we will try to fix these issue's in a future update. Now I have a paper weight until a new update comes out with hope there is a fix in it

It is nice and works well but does not have a power off button, must be restarted every time didn’t care for that especially for the price

The screen share that pulls steam games from your PC to the shield didn't work well at all. The other issue I had was not being able to do a team chat.

Slow to operate; 2 weeks after purchase it just stopped working.1 star is too high of a review.

Bought this for my projector which doesn’t have smart tv features. But normally just use Xbox one X instead.

The nvidia shield is nice, but it’s the only product in my household that has an issue connecting online.

Very hard to set up. Need a degree to set it up, finally disconnected it

Good. But lacks Ethernet port. Should have been great if can be connected to network directly.

For 170 bucks that I bought the item for it can I even do half the things and all the hype that went along with it it failed to perform I wOverprice overkill on the price in the system itselfould not recommend anyone to buying the item

We tried it but it did not load all the way so it is hard to use.

I would get the fire stick instead. Much cheaper and it does the same thing.

I don't watch much t.v so this was just the thing for me to buy.
