Bunch of controller compatible games via google. Stream all my pc games from steam on my tv. Great for my older stupid tvs.

Hands down the best streaming box
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I use the Shield pretty much exclusively for streaming video (PS Vue, Netflix, Google Play Movies, Amazon, YouTube, Hulu, etc.) and casting content from my phone. I dropped DirecTV and replaced it with this - I only wish I did it sooner. The interface is far superior to all the other Roku, Fire Stick, etc. streamers I've tried. It doesn't get enough credit for being the absolute best streaming box out there now. I can't recommend it highly enough.

Great picture quality, device has potential
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This device has amazing hardware, that is somewhat limited by certain service providers(HULU, a few others) refusing to provide support for their apps on the Android TV platform. I single out HULU in this review because they refuse to add support for their live TV app for the Android TV software platform, stating that it would be too difficult to provide updates, etc... Even though they provide support for Fire TV devices, Samsung's TIZEN platform, and the regular Android mobile platform. Back to the Shield TV, I also enjoy the ability to use Google Assistant by voice to control my smart home devices. Gaming on this device definitely surpassed my expectations.
