Since its android u can setup Kodi and boom you have everything. It works great, 4K is also great. Game play is good.

Great item it is super easy to use. The remote is super sensitive so the volume gets accidentally louder.

I purchased this after having issues with several Amazon TV devices that would continue to buffer. After setting up this device, super easy, I've yet to have it buffer. My son uses it for gaming and said it very fast. You get what you pay for.

I absolutely love this device and the only reason I can't give it 5 stars is due to the limitations of the remote.

The only thing I don't really care for is the slide sensitivity on the controller. I didn't realize the bottom half of the controller controls volume by sliding your finger up or down. It's so sensitive though just gripping the controller often times manipulates the volume.

For those in the Google/Android technological ecosystem, it is a good streaming box that support 4K steaming and viewing. The NVIDIA cloud gaming integration can be good if you have the network performance to support it. Ultimately, it is good bordering on great. By comparison, I feel it is not quite as “nice” as Apple TV 4K in terms of its UI and overall integration of features. Definitely the best Android steamer option right now.

I use this to stream TV shows. What sets it appart is the processing power. Unlike other streamers this device has the power to keep the video clear and running. I also use it to view my 16bsecurity cameras using the ip cam viewer app. You won't find another device that will do that.

If you are looking for a device to stream content to your TV, or play a random game here and there, this is the go-to. Flawless playback, no hitches, etc, even with 4k content (can't say the same about the ChromeCast Ultra this replaced).

So far, we as a family, have enjoyed the Nvidia shield. I like the fact you can access the internet, like YouTube so quickly. There have been times where the console gets really hot and the system has needed to be reset or a game needs to be uninstalled and reinstalled for the whole system to work. Doesn't happen too often, but enough times it's been an inconvenience. Overall, all the great functions out weigh the few times we weren't able to play.

This system displays 4k content wonderfully on our samsung tv. Only app missing for me is directv now.

There is no doubt. This is the best streaming device on the market. It works phenomenally with my Epson HDR projector due to being able to lock the refresh rate and resolution settings. It will also upconvert Rec 709 color to BT2020 on standard content. It's truly amazing.

I may have purchased this just a few weeks ago but I absolutely love it I can do a lot more with this box the most streaming devices and I love the fact that has a controller that I can use for voice or games or just to watch a movie..

Honestly, most of the reason I bought his was to have Kodi and a 4k streaming device from the same source. Works well. The only downside is that is doesn’t dynamically output resolution based on content. In other words, if the box is set to output 4k and you are watching normal 1080 HD, it will upconvert to 4k. It doesn’t do a good job of this. A 1080 signal sent to the TV looks better so I leave the output to 1080 and switch to 4k for 4k content only

Very fast menu access. Preloaded access for several games by NVIDIA (although older editions). Immediate access to additional games at a a per title fee. Easy access point to streaming services like Netflix, Hulu, and PLEX. Comes with game controller.

I was looking to purchase a media streaming device. I read lots of reviews on it and most was very good. I was hesitant to purchase at first because of the price. Due to such good reviews, I decide to fork out the money and buy it. Once I got it installed it was well worked the money. I love the gaming controller because of the way it's designed to fit in your hands. The only problem I have with it; No ON and OFF button. Therefore, I'm only giving it 4 stars.

This is the best android tv box by a mile. The hardware specs are 10x better than any other box out there. If you want to run Kodi, this is the box to get. The voice search from the remotes is great. The included chrome cast ultra makes casting videos from your phone a breeze.

I have tried a number of similar devices and this is by far the best well rounded of them all. My only complaint is not directed specifically at the Shield but that DirectTV does not have a native app for the device. Shame on them for not supporting the best of the best.
