Great Device. Can play anything made for android tv. The best part is the compatibility with Geforce NOW, that lets you stream games onto the tv from the cloud.

This device basically does everything. The only thing I did not like and why it only got 4 stars is because the PLEX media server cannot use my USB 3.0 External HD to store its data base and meta data files and I have been having trouble streaming my 4K videos that I had filmed using my Sony FDR-AX33 camera.

Why cant all Android devices be like this!!! This Unit ROCKS!! Killer Graphics and lots of memory. If only they made this the STANDARD for all Android TV Boxes......

This shield tv with game controller, is great for adults and kids aloke. Works well with your pc games streamed to your tv. Also a great streaming box for cord cutters alike.

I love this thing. I love that it continually get updates. I don't use it for gaming, just streaming. I have never had any problems with it.

I use the shield as my cable box, working with android live channels and Hdhomerun tuners. With the addition of Netflix and Amazon Prime video this box does it all.

Still the reigning underestimated champion. Better than any streaming media player out there with as many things you can do with this little box.

Thos is by far the best and easiest platform to use for Kodi. It took less than 15 minutes to get everything set up. No more buffering while watching live sporting events.

Similar to Roku but games are better. With the included xbox-like controller, you can play any of your steam games with low latency. Great user interface for selecting apps. Only drawback is not as good app library as Roku. No discovery channel, no directvNow, no spectrumtv, etc.,,

Well worth the purchase. Do you like new and old video games, Netflix, Hulu, YouTube and everything in between? Then this is highly a recommendation.

I use the Nvidia Shield to watch recorded OTA videos as well as Netflix and Amazon videos. The Shield works exceptionally well and allows for easy gameplay, too!
