Picked this up because it was an open box but I'm decently surprised with how easy it was to install. would recommend to anyone building a PC for the first time.

Easy install, works great however slight issue with RGB if you do not have the external control system.

I bought two for my Side/Front and Bottom Intake and they keep my PC running cool. No hassle with individual fan placements. The fans being all one unit means it's convenient and aesthetically pleasing to the eyes. Highly Recommended!

This cooler keeps my 98003xd nice and cool. I would recommend this to anyone that likes rgb and wants supreme cooling.

Super essy to install with only 4 screws. Instructions that came with it were also super easy to read and follow. Ill be using these on all my builds instead of intalling multiple small fans and trying to cable manage each individual fan

Color accuracy and customer service are my main issues. The performance alone is easily worth the 3 stars, especially when paired with a Kraken AIO cooler in a tight case. I’m running a 9800X3D and an overclocked 2 1/2 slot thick RTX 5080 inside a Thermaltake Tower 300, and the fan/AIO combo keeps the CPU around or under 88 °C at full load most of the time. That’s solid, considering the average temp range for the 9800X3D is usually between 90 and 95 °C. Now, the real problem kicks in when I run both the NZXT Cam app or even other RGB software like SignalRGB across all my devices. The color reproduction from the trio fan is noticeably off compared to everything else—at least with my specific unit, despite what native or 3rd party software I used. I double-checked every RGB value across the board, and sometimes the color shown in NZXT Cam isn’t even what ends up on the fans. I reached out to NZXT support. They were polite and wanted to help, but honestly, they weren’t very responsive. Email replies typically took anywhere from 3 days to over a week per message. I even asked on Twitter if they’d ever reply, and weirdly enough, I’d get an answer in just a few minutes. So I don’t think it’s a staffing issue—feels more like laziness, but I could be wrong. Their only solution was to have me rip the fans out and ship them in, which I couldn’t do since I rely on the PC for both work and home. And since it wasn’t affecting cooling performance, I just said it was fine and mentioned I might explore other brands with better customer service and more reliable software. Overall, I’d still recommend this setup for first-time builders or anyone who just wants solid performance and a bit of RGB. Most people only have RGB fans and not much else anyway, so it gets the job done. But if you’re paying extra for the full look and feel, and want every RGB element synced up and dialed in right, you might want to look elsewhere.
