Customers are saying

Customers are satisfied with the H510 Elite's attractive design, excellent cable management, and ease of building. Many appreciate the high-quality materials and included fans, although some users note that airflow could be improved. The case's RGB lighting is a popular feature, but the price point is considered high by some customers. While the tempered glass is visually appealing, thermal performance is a concern for a few users.

It has four fans, comes with some headers including SATA and usb headers that you might need for newer motherboards, its solid and I would recommend buying this case.

I've had this case for about a year now. I'm probably going to move into another case soon. The thermals on this case are terrible for gaming PCs. The front intakes choke the fans of fresh air. My graphics card regularly gets into the 85-90 degree territory. and yes that is with clean filters on the fan intakes. The fan on top died within 6 months of having the case and had to be replaced. The stock fans also have a weird turbulence noise when running at 50-100% speed that is really annoying. If you want more details about this case, look up Gamer's Nexus review of it. It goes into fairly good detail about its performance. If your running lower end hardware. You might be able to live with this case. Otherwise, look for a better case.

    Dont trust NZXT

NEVER TRUST NZXT. Where to start, decided to build a new PC. bought the 510 elite case from best buy and out the box none of the RGB functions worked, fans working perfect and can control RPM for higher work loads but RGB was huge part to buying this case. I reach out to NZXT and troubleshooting and tech concluded bad controller and not to worry a new one on the way (phew don't have to take apart the whole build) month goes by (now past retail exchange period) and reach back out seeing I haven't received anything and told its on backorder. I wait patiently for another month and follow up again to be told same thing about backorder. Now at this point working as customer experience manger I want to start to work towards a resolution so reached out to today 10-22-20 and speak with Edney Van and explain the situation again and once again begins to explain once controller in-stock it will be shipped. I ask what other options do I have seeing first one has been anything but highly disappointing and tells me I can buy a controller on eBay or Amazon (exactly what I want after spending 150 and getting DOA unit) at this point I'm asking for a supervisor because I know this kids hands are tied and seeing they advertise spectacular customer service (haven't seen anything of it) and get told he doesn't have a lead or manager I could speak with and one will try and email you. So now I'm still stuck with a case that doesn't work and past return date and team at NZXT who just want to use COVID for every excuse instead of just owning up to a product and replacing it.
