The actual image is a square, does not even fill the whole screen, which is a circle. Very weird, what is the point of it being a circle is the gif is cropped to a square??

My device was defective and would not communicate with the motherboard or USB software. I went back and forth with support before deciding to return it.

Failed after 6 months. This has been a pattern for me with AIOs. I'll just stick with a hyper 212 from now on, or another air cooler. Similar performance for not even half the price.

The liquid pump stopped working after about 6 months.

Best buy makes it extremely hard to mail return items back, making you pring your own label to send out instead of letting you send it via email. So good luck getting a return

Just bought, hooked up, and turned on. Wires got hot, smoked, and melted plastic sheathing. Luckily i think i turned it off quickly enough before any damage happened to the mobo.

missing parts. bought new and doesnt cool as thought. It is as good as an air cooled.

Connector Pin broke upon plugging it in. The build quality also feels cheap and lackluster.

I use this for my i9 cpu. My cpu is overheating. I am returning both this cooler and my case made by same company

I had to RMA the original one I bought, Firmware Up Date issue so that cost 1 star. The RMA process was easy and fast so there's that. My Ryzen 7 5700 idles at 31C the highest I've seen it under load is 59C. Easy to install, easy software setup, Quiet, fits my Corsair 5000D with ease.

cpu temps were skyrocketing and crashing the pc at 110+. now much cooler at 35-40

I did not know before but the cooler actually comes with thermal paste pre placed on the copper and it has a good distribution on the CPU when placed.
