Great product terrible customer support

I have been trying to get things sorted with warranty and customer service for almost two weeks now and for some reason they only respond maybe once a day and have made the entire process completely unpleasant when trying to resolve the matter. This is especially bad when given the cost of the product.

Fans are CHEAP!

Pump noise

I removed it twice to get all of the air out of the pump with no luck. I read this is a common issue and it results from poor quality control. Would only recommend this product if you're willing to role the dice

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The screen on this thing is enormous! Also NZXT Please give us more length on that USB cord and CPU fan cord please! This thing almost wont fit a LianLi PC011 Dynamic due to the short cables.
