    The product itself works great. However I purchased this open box, and all the hardware was missing. With my PC completely apart, and the hardware not sold by BestBuy, I had to order the hardware from Amazon which was na additional $20. I should've just purchased the Brand New version, and saved myself the headache.

    I love the logo design but one thing i do regret is that I should’ve got the white version of it bc it would’ve look better other then that i have no complaints about this product.

    Makes a loud screeching noise when CPU is utilized

    It gets the job done when it comes to cooling, but the screeching noise is too loud when the CPU is utilized. I don't push my pc to the max, nor overclock. Even when the PC is idle, the AIO still makes a slight screeching noise. I contacted the support team from NZXT and went with their advice on how to solve the problem, by giving it a little shake and re-installing the AIO. The problem seemed to be gone at first, but it reappeared after a couple of days. I'm thoroughly disappointed in the cooler, and wouldn't recommend it until they address the problem.

    This is a great cooler for starter and low to mid grade builds. NZXT makes their products easy to use and NZXT cam is just a testament to that. It performs great and looks great too.

    Im not computer wiz but my husband was very satisfied. Hes been using it for a month now and no complaints. He uses his computer for gaming and school.

    Bought a Open Box. The finish on the CPU block was a little scuffed up. I installed it anyway and it keeps a Ryzen 5800x cool so I'll keep it. Just beware of the potential for a scuffed unit.

    aesthetically pleasing but buy corsair instead cpu stayed at around 55 while with corsair is 10 degrees cooler

    Installation time took about two hours to install into a NZXT H510 case. Manual was very easy to read and I encountered no problems adding this hardware to my pc.

    I like the cooling system however, the newer models let’s you pick the center “nzxt” logo picture. No disappointed gets the job done for the new build.
