I really like the product this is the second one I get is a good purchase.

Works as advertised. Check radiator installation steps. You may install upside down if not careful.

It works with the rest of the parts I purchased. No problems there.

The product is good but the price is not the best.

missing THREE wires, barely even any pre applied thermal paste. wouldnt waste your time

Sent a product without making sure it had all parts to be viable for use.........Cannot use do to missing the mounting bracket.

I switched from an air cooler, my temps went up after applying and the fans run and very high rpm’s that are not able to be lowered

Not too sure if it’s something I would recommend with so many AIO out there. I have a 5900x but getting warmer temps. Probably will upgrade to a 240 AIO for slightly better cooling

I purchased this and then an X63, both made a weird cranking sound. Decided to go back to air cooling.

I got a AMD Ryzen7 with this and ran bench marks on this and the one it came with and saw not much of a difference. Benchmarks were not bad but if you are spending the grip then it needs to do a little more then look cool.

Hated this thing with its unusual amounts of connectors that honestly, I didn’t have nowhere to plug into my Gigabyte motherboard. Went for Noctua Chroma Black air cooler and will never go back to these liquid junk!

Works OK, but the CPU pump USB header control gives an overvolt reading. So its not possible to adjust the pump speed and it won't connect to the can soft ware and the led on the pump don't work either

Product did come in excellent condition, however it was missing the important screws and everything else for me to fully take advantage of it. My advice great cooler is just better bought brand new.

cooler is great no issues out of the box. highly recommend getting the 360mm version because it will last longer.

Software is the worst, buggy at best and not integrative at all

it’s been a while. this cooler is the best cooler i’ve ever owned and i’ve owned a lot. whoever’s seeing this, buy this immediately

This is a waste of money and time. I say it's a waste in the sense that it's a bit of an install pain for next to no discernable gains in CPU cooling performance compared to most air coolers, even ones cheaper than this AIO. At best I'm seeing maybe 3°C decrease in temps for a cooler that cost $75 more than my old air cooler. I will say it seems to be made with quality materials and it looks great but in my opinion looks come last when you're making PC parts. Go get a Noctua and you won't be disappointed like you would be with this.

Bought this cooler because mine broke and when I installed it my cpu fried. Temp reached 110c because of the flawed pump. My brand new cpu no longer works and I have to get a replacement which took me close to almost a month.
