Just purchased in April 2023. As of today, fans are running, but cpu is pegged at 100c, my intel 13600k is downclocked to 0.8ghz, and after 10 minutes or so my computer shuts off. Don't waste your time on this one.

It is a simple heatsink like any other, its price is high

Great Product!! 140 MM No Sound at all, very quiet

This AIO is beautiful and keep my i9 10900k cooler.

Unfortunately, this did not fit into my build using the Cooler Master Masterbox TD500 mesh. It did not have enough clearance for the RAM sticks so I returned it for a 240mm AIO and that worked perfectly. Also, the thickness of these lines was WAY smaller than the Corsair I replaced it with. Kind of happy it didn't fit.

NZXT - Kraken X63 280mm RGB All-in-one Liquid CPU Cooler - Black works great. Only issues I had was there are extra connection for RGB LEDS which the cool doesn't have, so there are extra dangling wires. Works great!!!!

Low low temps. So much better than a heat sink. Excellent customer service. Nothing was wrong with the cooler, but I broke the glass on my case when I installed the cooler (my fault). I called NZXT and they sent me a free replacement.

The aio is really good I would recommend it but it is kind of over priced

Great product have one in my personal PC. Purchased another for a different build ran into a problem where the heatsink on the MOBO was to big an hit the back of the fan/radiator (top of mobo) Great product besides that

Bought this to cool my i7-11700k and I found it cumbersome to attach. It cools ok, but because I didn't have enough room for the 140mm fans, I ended up installing a Noctura black D15 air cooler and it actually cools BETTER than the AIO Kraken. Not nearly as loud either.

The NZXT X63 is a good AIO for getting into liquid cooling. My only gripe is that the 2 inlcuded 140mm fans are a little loud for my taste. If sound is important, i would buy this and 2 Noctua NF -14 fans for the lower noise

This probably would have been a great product but idk cause I didn’t get to use it. They were supposed to send me the x53 but I’m just writing this review to get the points… not even sure if I would or not. The app just says I can so imma try. Free money is free money.

This is my first liquid cooler so installing it was an interesting experience. That being said i was intrigued to feel cool air coming from the back of my pc. It is a bit noisy, but not distracting.

It’s all good but I would not recommend buying A returned item because normally they don’t check all the accessories that came with it because it didn’t have a power supply for the cpu coolant

If you're looking for a 280mm AIO this is on the one to get. NZXT just hits it out of the park. A bit pricey but if you can find it on sale, I highly recommend it.
