    Purchased Open Box in Excellent condition. Should be in like new condition with all the parts. But no brackets, no mounting screws and no cable to connect fan or pump to mobo. It will cost me more to get these parts than to return and purchase new. Shame on you Best Buy.

    Owned for 14 months -- then caused my computer to not be able to start up. Pending a return from NZXT. fyi - computer boots fine w/o it plugged in, then obviously overheats quickly.

    this is more on best buy and not NZXT. Got it as open box (excellent) labeled as "no missing parts" but was missing mounting bracketing accessories. its just frustrating

    Not real happy with this guy, LED failures, fan failed. It’s been like this with most of NZXT products of late.

    DO NOT buy open box items from them. They say it's excellent rated but the box had no screws, no cables at all. And it took me so much effort to find those missing parts and ended up costing me more than a new cooler. Utterly disappointed

    Gets the job done! Fit well into my nr200 case. Just make sure to download NZXT CAM to adjust the fan settings.
