Great price for this program. Easy digital download.

A necessary purchase as it was needed for specific purposes. An outstanding piece of software -- Note that this is the version for use on an Apple computer. Actually purchased two of these for use on a MacBook Pro and a MacBook Air. Many potential purchasers should weigh the options. When you buy this it is yours forever, you can only install it on one machine and you're stuck with it there. If you "buy" the 365 version, you are only renting it for a year at a time, but can install it on multiple machines and updates do not cost you anything extra. Software which comes with the Mac OS is not as well developed and more limited in use. There is also a free program called LibreOffice which offers much the same as MS Office, but many do not find that one as good. LibreOffice is, however very useful and will not set you back $$$, if it fulfills your needs. My wife uses the MS Office and loves it; I use LibreOffice and have no complaints. It all depends on what you need.

Great alternative to a subscription. My current office is still supported but Microsoft won’t let you download it any longer so I had to get a new copy. The choices are buy this edition or a subscription. I only need the basic functions not very frequently so this more than satisfied my needs and cost much less.

I am not very computer savy but was able to load the software without any problems. The software is helping me manage my volunteer work at my church, such as creating documents, writing letters, printing out items forwarded to me and saving them. This product has made my life easier, and I am glad I purchased it.

Although I would have given the product itself 5 stars, I didn’t because the product registration that was required was difficult. This was the second purchase I made this year and I wasn’t required to register when I purchased the first time for my desk top computer. This purchase was for my laptop. Aside from that frustration and inconvenience Microsoft Office is exactly what I need to do my projects and performs as expected.

Got this one in 2019. Got a newer one in 2021. Both were great.

Chad was excellent, beyond my expectations. I would recommend him to anybody. He was patient, kind, & supportive. He uninstalled the old Office program which didn't work & reinstalled a brand new one. He made sure the new one worked before he left. He allowed questions & gave answers without making me feel dumb.

Very useful for my work. Also good for students in college

This was my first time installing and using office 2019. Microsoft has changed a few things on the installation process with the idea it would prevent people from getting more than one copy of office installed on their PC. However it caused multiple issues preventing me from installing a copy of Outlook provided by an employer. The installer does not allow you to install Microsoft Office as well as Standalone Office Products such as a copy of Outlook or PowerPoint that is purchased separately. It also will not let you install office via the Internet and then use a disc or download to install another program as it restricts you from using multiple types of media. I called Microsoft about this and they had no solutions. So when you buy office 2019 buy the version that includes everything you need or you won't be able to add single products later. I ended up using Thunderbird for email even though I had a paid copy of Outlook available to me. It seems that over the last couple versions of office more and more compatibility and installation issues have started to occur.

Good product. Works very well for our office uses and for my kids school work.
