I ordered this from Bestbuy because I didn't trust ordering it from other places. Including from microsoft. There are too many scammers out there. And I'm so glad I did. I received it, downloaded it and it worked flawlessly. I would definitely recommend ordering it from Bestbuy.

used geek squad to transfer data/files from my old computer to the new one. Have the yearly program that services our computers. did not buy the new computer from BB. Also recommended an microsoft office product that fit my needs. could not be happier with the job they did.

Great item…. Needed this for my new computer…, they use to come with it pre-installed, but now I guess Microsoft isn’t making as much money so we now have to buy this if we want to use Word…. Still a great item tho and not Best Buy’s fault. Or is it?

I didn’t like the free online version of Office because it would not save files to my hard drive, only to the online OneDrive. Since I always try to avoid subsciptions to anything (Office 365), this product did the trick and should last me many years.

Bought this to install on new PC laptop. Since it is delivered digitally, I get reminders everyday for a week to install it, even though the laptop had not arrived (mildly annoying). But once the laptop arrived it was easy enough to install. I have to get used to some new features, but it's fine.

I needed to install it on my new laptop for homework use with online classes. I figured this was a great investment compared to a yearly subscription. I would recommend this product to my friends and fellow students. Great for both home and school use!

I tried using a free generic version of Word, but had trouble converting my files. Decided to stick with the tried and true for the convenience, in spite of the cost. Bought the more expensive one time version so I wouldn't have to keep paying for it year after year after year after year.

After some "learning curve" on my own, I've adapted well to the Microsoft Office software. Admittedly, I'm quite glad that I learned some keyboard quick keys to do certain things; and regrettably, Mircosoft took away some of them. But I guess overall, progress has been made.

I bought the software for our new computer. I am not really fond of not getting a disc to load my own software, but the online downloading is fine. I like the old way better. I had to actually take the card back to best buy, after trying to load the first one for over an hour with a Microsoft engineer tech. The product codes could not be found by Microsoft. They gave me a case number to provide to Best Buy when I returned it to get a new card. Best Buy gave me a new card after explaining the situation. They were really nice about it and we couldn't understand why Microsoft did not have their own product codes loaded into their own system....The 2nd card worked like a charm and I have all of my new Microsoft software loaded on my computer...shouldn't it be cheaper for customers if they just buying a card to download their products online? something should cost less...$100

It brings me peace of mind to know that this software is a permanent install and I never have to worry about renewing my subscription. The only thing is that I’d does not contain outlook email but I have not found myself needing it yet. Would recommend at sale price.

This software may be great for someone who doesn't mind the annual fee for use of their software and could use extras it comes with, but I cancelled my subscription and opted to go with the one time buy of regular MS office home and student 2019 that works well for my needs.

It was difficult to load Microsoft digital and product key card on to the iMac. I believe that it would have been easier just to purchase Microsoft Office on the internet and have an automatic download. I had to return the product key card and get a new code then finally I was able to use the Microsoft Office on my iMac.

Does what it supposed to do. Had some issues with the original digital download when we got our new computer. Best Buy corrected the issue and haven't had a problem with it. Really happy we were not stuck having to lock into a 365 product with recurring payments!

Downloading the Microsoft Office suite was made effortless and took less than 10 minutes to perform. l have used this software for many years and was pleased that it could be downloaded and I did not have to go to the store to pick up a disc of card in order to complete the task.

It takes getting used to but laid out very easy and compatible

I am very pleased with my new HP OfficeJet Pro 8020 printer. It arrived in 2 days, as promised and was really easy to set up. I set it up today and couldn't wait to try it out. I tried the printer and the copier and was very satisfied with both functions.

Easy download and install Compatible with my office software

We did have some trouble installing the new printer and luckily we called Asurion to walk us through this procedure. It was much easier before to install using a disc rather than having to do it over the Wi-Fi connection. The print quality is excellent and the ease of operation is fine. It's just a matter of adjusting to a new printer.
