I was already familiar with Microsoft Office. So, using Word was easy. I tore up documents and save them. With Excel you can make spreadsheets. Also, I have the icons on my desktop so they are easy to locate.

Good software package to provide all of my needs and more. Wish there was a fair priced option of buying just the functions (such as Word) that I need rather than the entire functional group.

It took me two times to get it but I got it on the second try, worth the time, energy and money to get it. Still learning all the bells and whistles. It would be great if Best Buy had classes to help learn it.

Recently upgraded my laptop and bought this to learn excel better and also for word. Was easy to install and enjoying the one drive so I can work on stuff when I’m away from my computer.

About time I updated from Office 2016. Microsoft Office is an essential nowadays. I preferred to purchase the software over subscribing to Office 365, given my infrequent use of the Office Suite.

Well, it's Office. Used it for 30 years. Just got a new laptop and purchased this from BestBuy to add Word, Excel and Powerpoint to the new laptop. Download was real easy. I missy Clippy, tho.

I haven't downloaded. It yet. However, I am thrilled that such a version is available as a one-time purchase rather than an annual subscription. As a student, that would be a prohibitive expense.

I'm retiring and I wanted a reasonable at home Office product to continue my educational needs at home. The price is reasonable for the product. It is easy to load and works well on MAC.

It’s great having this software from the start. The option we purchased allowed us to download the software from the Microsoft site. It’s ours forever now. Awesome addition to our business tools.

I purchased the stand alone version because I travel a lot & don't always have an internet connection. This software enables me to continue working on tasks when I can't connect.

Good product.. easy to install. When I got my new desktop, the instructions were really clear as to install all office products on it. Haven’t had any issues since getting it.

It's a program that I will need to use my computer for all of my daily and special documents. I really thought it would have been included with the laptop but I guess they don't do that anymore.

The current MS Office suite for a good price. I preferred this digital download (which I own) rather than paying a monthly subscription. Download process was easy; Office 2019 meets my productivity needs!

I really enjoy MS Office. There are lots of new features every time a version comes out which I appreciate. I bought the stand alone version. I am still trying to wrap my head around a subscription. That has its advantages with new features. I personally like the stand alone because it resides on my unit in a way that is mine and I can control. I have used the Office 365 web version. I like the stand alone features better. So far it has not disappointed. I also still wonder if there is a more economical price point. I liked the $99 version that used to exist. It has gone up in price over the last several years but it is still a quality product.

Only wanted word and I had to take the whole package. Some people don't need all the extras, will never use. Granddaughter installed for us and it works fine. Just have to figure out how to use word, very different from out old word which was "soooooo EASY."

very easy to install and can be changed from your old computer and placed on a new computer. Just be sure you keep you key code from the Office Home & Student 2019 Digital mac.windows.

I have been using Microsoft Office for many years. I consider it the original gold standard in productivity software. Product from Best Buy downloaded easily and had a smooth start-up.

Installation worked as directed. Sales person was very helpful. Having to get used to some of the changes in the applications, but that always happens. Smooth process all around.

they canceled all support of the office suite I had loaded on my computer and could no longer use excel or word. what a racket - if I've already bought it and i'm happy with it I should be able to use it until the computer dies. whether they support it or not
