I like that I own the version that I purchase. However I don't like the restrictions that you have placed on this to its access only being for one machine. If I purchase the software I should be able to put it on as many devices as I own.

Exactly what I expected. Standard Microsoft suite.

Best Buy has asked for review several times already so here goes Made an in-store selection and purchase on Nov 28, 2020. Stated delivery date is January. Thus the only review can be that the computer features and price seem to fit my needs well enough for me to place the order (as yet unfulfilled). Best Buy is pushing for the review. Obviously with unrealistic expectations resulting in a One star rating for BB and NOT a rating for the computer which is not yet recieved (timing as expected).

I am using this version for my ipad. When comparing to the computer version, this is absolutely not as good. So I don't think it's right to charge the same price for it. There are a lot of features missing. Also the program freezes under difficult loads.

I love office, but I misunderstood when I bought this package. I thought it included Outlook and it does not. :( I am still using it, and I just have to log on to my Outlook account from the online version. The Best Buy Sales guy never told me that either.

Office Home & Student I was a little disappointed the reason being this product did not come with Outlook. If you want to use Outlook you have to purchase the Family version. Its basic but it works

You get the coverage of word excel powerpoint. Pretty basic office combo. Hope these apps would be free pre installed on laptops in the future. Other than price( which is I believe expensive for what it is) its the basic set up for what you need.

So far I haven't come across any problems with the program itself. It wasn't as simple to download as it was the last time I bought one of these. The problem was with Microsoft and logging onto their site in order to download, not the Office program itself.

Nothing fancy, just the tried and true basic programs that work well for everyday needs. Had some issues with activation which Microsoft was super helpful with. Wish I could say the same for Best Buy and their no return or exchange policy for software.

Microsoft short changes buyers of the one-time Office package by limiting benefits, to encourage one to buy Office 365, where they bill you every year, automatically. A bad marketing gimic that shortchanges customers

Because my old Office Suite was 32 bit incription and the new Office Suite is 64 bit incription I have had a hard time learning how to use it. What is also difficult is finding my old 32 bit incription information to use as a guide.

This is a replacement of 2011 word that quit working on my iMac. Frankly, I preferred the old version better but maybe that’s because I was more familiar. I will say that Microsoft support was helpful when I could not get it installed properly.

I think it's unfortunate that this product costs so much with the only other option paying a monthly fee. It is a necessary tool, unless you can solely use google products. The product is fine. The cost is a bit much.

My current version was going out of being updated, so I had to update to the newer version. Kind of ticks me off, but oh well. I don't use it a whole lot but when I need it I need it so I want to keep it up to date.

I am not a big fan of the new way of purchasing Microsoft products. Just a year ago, I bought a Laptop and didnt have to purchase a yearly subscription for the pro version. so i had to buy the simple home version for one-time price.

It's MS Office and you get to keep it, but the process to get it on your laptop is onerous and the extra work seems completely unnecessary. I get that they want you to use the cloud so they can bill you annually, but this is dumb and yet necessary.

This is sufficient for a typical home user but I had to upgrade as I've increasingly had to work from home due to COVID. This is probably the case for a lot of people so I'd recommend Professional these days.

Has always worked well on any MAC i've install it. There are some changes which are a bit frustrating but all in all, a good product to ensure compatibility with others who do not have a Mac and therefore unable to work with Pages
