I ended up spending over $100 for office when I brought it back to Best Buy/Geek Squad. Never told it would not be on my new computer thanks to microsoft. Need to know what you are getting into.

Once the program was installed it was great. Getting it to load in my Mac was difficult and a long process. I am not without skills in this area and it was a pain. They need to make it easier to install.

Not as good as I thought it was going to be but it works for my needs. If you want the most basis no frills no cd drive unit it works. Basic getting on the internet unit.

Would be nice if this version included outlook with it. There was no need to buy the way more expensive version just to get it and would like to avoid recurring fees. Add outlook and it's a 5 star product.

This software was installed on snee computer by the Geek Squad. I am moving up from an old version of Microsoft Office. Was on 2010 version. Not enough practice for me to be comfortable yet.

Buying this was a no brainer since I write in my free time. I remember when this came preinstalled on laptops, though. Now it’s an added cost.

With MS office being standard office programs this updated material is what one expects...it does what it needs to do and will do your small household projects and help your kids with their school projects.

Same old software that everybody uses. Have to buy a new copy every time my laptop fries, which seems like a rip-off. But hey, it's Microsoft, right?

Update Microsoft office to my laptop. It require a second visit because the initial up load didn’t work. I should have verified it was properly done before I left the school.

Since my name evidently was misspelled, I keep getting messages about my password. Another trip to the store to get another Microsoft card. Waiting for someone to set it up in home.

I think Microsoft makes a good product for Microsoft. Unfortunately it’s ho hum with my Mac. My teacher taught me to “never mix apples with oranges”; I guess that goes for Apples and Microsoft’s.

The Microsoft Office suite for home and office is more than sufficient for any home needs. It can also handle most basic office requirements for the home office. It is easy to use and is intuative.

Well ..... what can i say? If you need it then you have to pay for the subscription. I remembered you could get the programs and have multiple users without paying.... times have changed

This was just ok it does not compare to the cd that was used before to download MS products. This was not user friendly and I had a hard time getting the software on my computer.

Download was smooth and I got all the way to loading... that's when I was informed that I can't use with WIN 7. Oh, well, pays to read the specs - closely.

Transitioning from an IMAC to word has been challenging. Seems instructional materials are rarely included these days. I find it cumbersome to have to do your user research on the internet.

Had Best Buy install. Program key didn’t work. When asked for help from best buy told sorry item has no return policy and to contact Microsoft directly. Microsoft was no help either. I spent $138.00 for software that I’ve never used. I’ve also been a faithful customer of Best Buy for years spending thousands of dollars with this store. I will be buying products from other stores in the future that value their customers. Very disappointed

I had trouble receiving the email from Best Buy for my purchase of the software. After one visit and 2 calls to Best Buy I was able to have my issue resolved.

I do not like the interface, meaning I do not like having to use a browser to get my email with outlook. I have not used anything other than outlook so far.

I was told that d geek squad or whatever would be here to check installation, office etc etc... Nothing has happen. Until this happens....U should stop sending emails...
