This is only a one time use, so if something goes wrong with my laptop, I will have to pay another $150. Bring back the CD Rom version, so people can install using an external cd/dvd drive.

I hate buying software

I was disappointed to find out that Office does not come with the new PC I purchased and had to be purchased separately. Also, I was led to believe my purchase would be a one-time cost by the sales person but now I find out that my payment was for only one year! Office should be standard with the operating system. You really can't do much without it.

Office 2019 Digital Horrible Product

Was able to download the basic info but most of the product doesn't work. Can't get in touch with anyone online. (joke) What a terrible product. Will charge this back since there is absolutely no support.
