Don’t Buy this Software!

Got an error message that told me to call Microsoft. Microsoft Rep said that was something on my computer that needed to be removed before software could be loaded. He offered me a $600 plan to fix the problem. Needless to say, I refused to do that. Mine is a new computer and I didn’t have any problem downloading and installing other software. Site also kept trying to get me to accept Microsoft Office 365. Returned this software card to store.

Good for school or work but not for home.

I use the templates a lot and find the choices not very good. Not much of a selection for some of the categories. This version of office is probably best for school or work. Not so good for home usage. The tutorials were not very helpful. I learned more from trial and error.

There was one number we were suppose to have, some key code, and we kept typing it in but never would work. We live 45 miles from the nearest Best Buy. When finally I took it back to get tech support to help but since I didn’t make an appointment they would not help me. So I paid over $100.00 for nothing.
