Had a heck of a time downloading the digital version. I never received an email, called to get help and had to wait to get another email sent. Took a very long time with very little help except to wait from the service team.

This one is automatically connected to the one-drive cloud which I hate! It also has many invasive pop ups that I find irritating! It also seems to take longer to navigate. I just want a simple old fashioned office so that I can type letters and do business! I believe they have made this more complicated then it needs to be!
