    It's annoying that the only way to upgrade Office is through this renewal format. I want a CD! Plus it's only good for a year. I followed directions and thought I would no longer get expiration notices. It worked the first day, but the next the notice returned. Very frustrating.

    it doesn't have publisher. It only has 4 programs.

    I had a virus in my MAC book pro. 2 trips to Best Buy to schedule and then wait 30 minutes for my scheduled appt. The Geek Cameron found the virus but said there was another one lurking and he'd have to crash my computer and reboot all. I was leaving on a trip, so needed it asap. They sold me a big package of service and new Windows program, which doesn't work well. I should have taken my chances with the lurking virus. I now have a computer but have lost many of my files, lost my email addresses. Also, the work has reorganized other files so that data is gone or hard to find. No way to contact Cameron or other geek. I will try with another appointment now that I'm back in town, but I'm extremely unhappy
