I like this version of Office and it seems easy to use.

What can I say, if you want to play you have to pay.

It is not easy to download and worked as well as okay

We purchased our computer 6/19 did not have it in stock. A trip back to BB. I have not been able to use it because I don't know how. Purchased Geek Squad service but because of pandemic can't use it. Get many mixed messages from Best Buy. Such poor customer service. Agent J was the exception, he was great and was very straight with us. on one trip bought an Asus adpter, wad sold the wrong one. Trip back to BB. Made an appointment thru BB in Minneapolis. Didn't have it when we went to BB - another trip. Just a big UGH.

Software was not easy to load. Assistance was needed.

This office product is good for only one computer.

I like the product and must have excellent for use

I've been using this schiftt for decades. How can I say anything bad about microscum? F' joe biden.

I had purchased a computer and windows as a packaged deal. When i entered the code it said the product would expire ten days from the purchase date. I returned the computer because it wasn’t what we wanted. The costumer service person said we were just out of luck!! So now I have an expired new windows which was suppose to be for a year and no computer.

After installing, cannot use Outlook. I had the Geek Squad look at it, they said it was fine, now I can't even open it. Worthless. Would not purchase again.

I recently got a new computer and transferred an older copy of Office to it. As I was working on a class project, putting together a group project itinerary, I felt that my version of Word felt really dated. Fortunately, Office Home and Student 2019 presented itself and I was more than anxious to give it a try. The install was EASY. I logged into my Microsoft account and simply entered the code. Within moments, the download started and Office Home was ready to go soon after. What I really like is that I don’t have to worry about ‘losing’ my code. It doesn’t expire and is bonded to my account. Seeing that I had new features before me, I decided to take OneNote out for a spin. It didn’t take very long before OneNote learned my writing and turned it into text without issues. I’m excited about this because I am the type that prefers to write out my notes by hand first because I write faster than I can type and it also helps me to ‘learn’ things if I am writing the notes by hand. The tedious aspect of this is when I would have to type my notes into my computer but with OneNote’s ink to text, it has freed up some valuable time. It’s impressive. In the past, I’ve avoided any PowerPoint responsibilities for class projects because I felt that I didn’t possess the abilities to create anything worthy of recognition. Now? I am totally embracing the PowerPoint that is included with Office Home 2019. It’s easy to use and I think I will only get better with it the more I use it. I’m currently weaving PowerPoint into my YouTube videos which seems to add a new level of content creation. Office Word has always been the ‘go to’ program for me. As I stated earlier, the other version of Word was feeling antiquated already. Office 2019 gives me the latest Word with features that I thought were only available via third-party apps. If you’re just wanting to write a blog, an essay or a novel, then Word 2019 provides a grammar check that will impress and alleviate the stress of making mistakes that you might miss. Word lets me know right away if I misspelled something and will even autocorrect some words that I misspelled because I was typing too fast. Words also will suggest a different sentence structure if it detects a potential mistake. It’s more advanced than what I was using before. If you’re using a third-party grammar checker then Word easily allows you to implement it into the program as well. Word 2019 allows me to use my electric pen on my touch screen which then is inserted into the project I am working on. The array of choices with the Draw feature is pretty cool and accessible for anyone. Don’t have an electric pen? You can use your finger with the Draw with Touch. The one feature that I don’t have any experience with is Excel. Spreadsheets are something that I haven’t had the need to create but if Excel is anything like PowerPoint, Word or OneNote then I am sure it’s smart and accessible. Office Home and Student 2019 is accessible whether you are setting up a presentation for a big meeting, adding some context to your YouTube channel or writing a report for class.

Not sure if the product works- it might. The problem is the hand-off to off-shore inbound telemarketing firms that don’t understand ANY question off script. Blame it on COVID or anything other than it saves you money for you to do so. Here is the kicker, your brilliant model doesn’t account for customers- that are feed-up with this situation. Wow, cost of sale, must be huge for you. Only the residual loss of customers will tell the true tale. Below your survey ask how likely I am to recommend you- kind of a how we doing champ? - zero is the answer, but I will share my frustrations with many.

After several tries with my new Mac Pro, I reached the log in page where I faithfully entered the passcode. It whirled for a few seconds and gave me a phone number to call. The representative promptly transferred me to a technician who requested to have access to the computer. I allowed it and the nightmare began. A half hour later he tells me the computer is missing some drives but he can transfer me to his friend who will install them for a small price. I said no and the nightmare continues because he did not return the computer to its original state. I will go to Apple and maybe they can undo what he did. Do not buy this.

The product seems good but I'm a little disappointed because I had to change from this product because this product does not include outlook.

A lot of work to download the files. Once installed had problems with MS Excel. Different screens kept popping up which made it impossible to use the program. Hoping that updates will solve the problem.

I'm very upset. I ordered this online because I didn't want to go to the store. Someone didn't scan it into the computer so that I can access it. I did call the 800 number and after talking to 3 different people they decided I have to go to a store and have the product scanned. I'm not happy. I won't buy this online, again.

The suite is as I expected minus icon changes in Excel that look different than previous versions. Autosave files to OneDrive has serious issues when trying to save a file to HD

This was a mess because no one knew I had bought it so they kept shutting it off. Mess, mess. mess and time consuming. Finally, after many hours got it straightened out
