Extremely slow on an iMac. Never experienced slow processing speeds as this. It appears to be this program as I have Office 2010 on an older mac and do not have these problems.

I purchased this item with my new MacBook. I activated it, but when I went to use it it said my key number wasn’t recognized. I still had the box and key number, took it back to Best Buy and there was nothing they would do for me. Trying to get hold of Microsoft is a joke…. So I ate the cost and started to use Apple Numbers instead.

It was thought at time of purchase that this was all I needed for Word/Excel/Outlook. However, after loading, Power Point was ‘read only’ and I couldn’t create a presentation, and Microsoft needed me to upgrade to the Office 365. What this means is I paid for the ‘Home Student’ package, and then paid additional money for the Office 365.

I bought a copy of word/excel-2019 and tried to install it. It went wrong, computer said it was already installed, no help Microsoft or Best Buy, had a friend go through my computer before I was going to reverse purchase on my credit card (approx $150) he found on my computer and went and took care of it. I have qeek scwad, and I am supposed to have MicroSoft help neither happened, (due to pandemic, etc. etc.)

All the exciting features Office promises! But there's a catch! You lose ALL privacy. If that's important to you, too bad. It's a NEW day. George Orwell gave us clues, but we allowed it anyway. You can still use your previous copy of Office, but others are watching.

I installed it because I prefer to store on my on storage devices but the software defaults to cloud storage.

This item was charged (along 2other office subsricpitions all in the same day) to my accounts but i never bought!! BEWARE !!! i DONT RECOMMED THIS ITEM (as i never had it) OR THIS STORE!!!! Everytime i go there that day i get charged for things i NEVER BOUGHT!!! NO ONE IS WILLING TO MAKE THIS RIGHT EITHER!

That being said, Microsoft Office is a great tool, especially for me as a teacher. I haven’t used powerpoint in a while because my school district has moved to free suites available online. However, as soon as I opened PowerPoint, I felt right at home while enjoying the newest features. I quickly made a lesson in minutes for the following week with animations, transitions, and music in minutes. The fact that Office also has its own online features where groups of people can work on the same document at the same time makes this powerful. The only downside is that if you want to work with other people who have different suites, they may not be able to join you. Office should pick up on Xbox’s feature and become a cross-compatible platform with other existing suites so that you can work online with anyone regardless of what suite others are using. ---VALUE--- The price for Office in terms of value is great. Also, if you are a student, register with Best Buy as a student which could possibly lead to a few discounts on this product. ---APPROVAL--- I highly recommend this product for teachers and students who are constantly using Word or having to create presentations. If working in a shared file is something you are seeking, this suite can do that too so long as the other people have Office as well.

I bought microsoft office and downloaded it on line. Product didnt work. After hours w microsoft help, they were unable/unwilling to make it work. I used an IT guy from my employment to assist and download the program. He is very knowlegeable whereas I am not. I contacted my credit card Co. and they said Best buy has the right to first refusal. I am asking to be reimbursed for a the product I cannot use or I will cancel my credit card payment. Please respond by 30 May 2020. I have screen shot this report.

I purchased this software online along with a computer I returned shortly after the purchase. Before I could even get to my email to check the receipt if the return, the software was inbox and I learned the software could not be returned. My question is, if it’s an online order, why isn’t the software emailed upon pick up of the order from the store. I am left with no computer (by choice) and $150.00 worth of software in my email (not by choice). I literally have zero use for the software and never will.

This is the most confusing piece of trash of Windows 10 I, a retired science educator, have ever imagined! Microsoft should jump into the ocean and swim forever to nowhere or never never land. No instructions or sensible directions on how or what to do to start explaining usage of Word, Excel, or Power Point. If this is for all the computer future gurus, then let them have it!

Best Buy Geek installed parallels with a different email address than the one I gave them. I took computer back for them to change it. Agent said I would have to contact Apple. When I got home 2 emails said Apple and parallel had been breached. I was on phone with Apple Care for one hour and thirty five minutes. Changed passwords but unable to change parallels email address for me so far. I rate Best Buy's service EXTREMELY POOR.Their lowest rating star is Fair. William Folsom

I don't understand why this product was suggested as a bundle purchase with the Chromebook I purchased. This product is rendered useless. I downloaded the Office and wasn't able to install Office. I figured I'd install it onto my mother's PC but I'm not even able to recover it. It keeps telling me product key code has already been used. What a waste of money!

subscription says i have it on Microsoft account but when trying to use software, it says I don't have a subscription.

It still wants me to purchase a monthly subscription to use the products.

Eventually works as intended, but far slower than previous editions. Have been forced to use Apple Page and Numbers occasionally for first time ever,

Forces you to use their online software, bascially all you're buying is a key to use their office suite online. Forces you to upload private docs to their servers to be able to use them. Not real software that you can use anywhere or anytime on your computer.

I do not like the MAC version of Office Home - Student 2019. It is much more difficult to use than using it on a WIN10 machine.

Very expensive considering it only works with one computer. They use to work with four home computers so students in same family could shsre. Now its all abiut the profits.

When buying a new computer at Best Buy, I purchased and the geek installed a version of office which did not include Outlook - even though I had paid for geek service and had all my files transferred over to my new machine. The geek knew I was using Outlook - she transferred my files. By the time I realized I had a problem 3 months had passed (because I was still using my previous subscription). So the $$ I spent on the wrong office software was entirely wasted - I had to buy a new subscription.
