The online instructions are very poor. What they say is automated is not and Microsoft requires too many windows and can't distinguish between accounts on a laptop or allow the user to logout and come back in. Not very happy with the purchase.

Xcel would not download and open. Still having issues with this product.

I switched from a PC to a Mac and was not told it would transfer over. Struggled to get it loaded

Opened and downloaded email on my tablet which was Not compatible with the tablet (that's on me) now when I try to to download onto my computer with the appropriate OS it tells me I already used the code. So. Huge waste of money. For as smart as IT is you think it would have known it was never uploaded onto a proper computer

I bought this product key card when I was about to travel overseas. When i took it home in africa and try to use it, the system will always request a new product key and never work at all. I regretted why I had to spend my money.

This is horrible that Microsoft has shifted towards the Office365 subscription based format. This is also a ridiculously expensive add on that is usually essential for most new Windows computer purchases.

Needed to format computer and I couldn’t install it back.

This is a card. If you misplace it in your home, neither Best Buy nor Microsoft will help in any way. You can spend hours on the phone with both to no avail. If Best Buy kept the key card information for what it sells a consumer, this problem could not occur. A complete waste of over $100. I would give zero stars if I could.

I felt the sales associate should have informed me Office Home and Student is not necessary for Chrome Books. I have no complaint on the product itself, just the associate that sold it to me. He should have informed me when he was telling me he used the Chrome Book when he went back to school. Un-necessary purchase!!

Excel has a protection feature on it which I could not figure out add rows into my spreadsheet. It kept deleting my previous rows and wouldn’t save my changes. No help on the internet or in the help Manuel through excel on this issue! Ended up just using google spreadsheets for free!

Office is the way to go. I was originally a WordPerfect guy but this is the defacto best

between microsoft's scrambling updates and confusing user setting with each new "upgrade" or update and constant usurping my chosen programs with microsoft programs, I view their alleged "service as a DISSERVICE. When Microsoft supplies me with a new laptop and desktop at no charge, then they have the right to dictate what programs I am to use.

Horrible, will not work with Remote Server and VPN. One would think during the worst Pandemic in 100 Years and more people attempting to work remotely - a Microsoft fix would be launched- Just for the sake of being human.

I bought it, got home, installed it on my laptop. A month later I got a bill for the rental I got and have been using After 2 hours of run around with microsoft, theu have no record of the instalation. And I'm out the cost of the card because I thought it went though and can't find the card.

I purchased this and the guy that sold this to me told me I didn't have to do anything. Like to install, wise. And yet I never got to use it, my money went down the drain. The laptop kept telling me, " we have great deals for students like..." like the programs that were in this.

I am very disappointed that this version of office does not include Publisher.

it wasn’t stated that this was non-returnable! i bought it by mistake on-line and tried to return the un-used code!!! but it’s non refundable!!! which might be stated in the fine print? but it took 2 hours on the phone and 5 different employees to tell me!!!

Expensive for something that should be free and included.
