I hate buying these Office products, but I need the functionality that Word and Excel provide. I also hate to get into subscription services (like Office 360) that tie you in for life and end up costing you a lot more in the long run. I realize with the subscription services that you may get access to newer features along the way, but I'm comfortable with that.
