The Geek Squad transferred all essential information from the old computer to the new one, briefed me on the key operating changes, and I'm happily on my way using a computer which answers all my needs and is updated to keep up with all the latest technology.

I'm perfectly fine using the same windows version for the rest of my life. Bought the version you could update last year, didnt know this one was an option. Doesnt expire...and I dont want to update. Perfect for me!
