She sat on it and chair just went down. It is not height adjustable or has height lock. She is just 70 lbs. The chair adjusts the height with weight which is not something I need. Plus the quality is not gonna last long. Definitely returning it back.

The adjustment on the bottom of the seat to tilt the seat did not work. Since I couldn't adjust it, the front of the seat cut into the bottom of my legs.

I contacted the company themselves for a replacement center piece to fix the issue, which is do-able per their policy, and they never responded to me. The chair otherwise is fine (aka you can sit in it = fulfills a chairs primary duty). The mesh is strong and the arm rests can be put up/down which is a plus, but I ultimately stopped using it. Bought something else.

This office chair has been fantastic - it is just as supportive now as it was in Feb. 2019. I've had this chair for three years, and have only had minor issues. The issues I have had with the product were covered by the product's lifetime warranty (offered via the manufacturer) and I was able to get replacement parts easily. I recommend getting roller blade wheels off Amazon as they are less likely to scratch hardwood flooring, and don't get stuck on carpeting. I very much like this chair overall!

Not for long term

It was fine in the beginning but has now become so uncomfortable I have ordered a new chair from a different brand. This chair is comfortable and great for short term but don’t expect to get a lot of years out of it. I have purchased a HON to replace it.
