Poor Quality

Best Buy doesn't back it after 15 days. The company that makes it sent me a part to fix it but it's the wrong part. Best Buy won't back the purchase. Be careful to not buy this type of product from Best Buy.

It doesn’t stay up, just goes all the way down even with a little weight on it. I would recommend getting a better chair even at a higher price that would last for few years! This was not very comfortable to begin with but I was okay for this price but I would definitely expect it to last a few years mechanically.

Buyer Beware - Do not buy if “Open Box”

I purchased it as an “open box” item listed as “Excellent Condition.” It arrived with 2 distinct cuts in the fabric—I can only assume from a box cutter. There is no way anyone inspected and packaged this without seeing the clear damage. Do not buy this chair if it is not new. I get the feeling that they will keep it in rotation. Btw, I bought it for less at Sam’s Club.

This must be for the replacement chair that I am very cautious in using now. I would rate this chair at a max weight of 250#, but I saw no such rating when I originally bought the chair.

Wish I'd kept looking

I was charged despite the late delivery
