Also, to charge my phone, I need to remove my case. it does not support charging in the case, or at least I could not figure out how to make it work.

Ok grip but does not chage with wireless

However, i hate plugging in my phone and regrwt buying this. Unfortunately it does auck, contrary to their advertising.

Doesn’t charge on regular capacitive charging devices, must use a magnetic, magic-mount style charger for it to do what it is advertised to do. Disappointed.

The concept is good, but execution is not. The finger slot is awkward, overall cheaply made and too expensive for the quality and durability.

Poor Design

You have you use the sticker attachment and put it on your case even if you have the MagSafe. If you remove it leaves a bunch of residue. I’d suggest trying a different brand. I even sent a video to customer support and they said that was normal and offer no other solution.

The pop socket that sucks

The grip is made of very flimsy plastic that feels like it will break very quickly. I returned this immediately. There’s a good reason they package it so you can’t pull out the grip before you buy it.

Weak Magnet and Doesn’t Feel Like $40

The material holding the puck to the base is extremely flimsy and feels like plastic. I’m sure it would’ve held up fine, but very difficult to justify for $40. It’s also a pain to pull the puck out every time if you don’t have nails, then you need you orient it so the folded interconnects are parallel with your grip every time.

Terrible pop socket

It’s like two points that come out and it’s very very uncomfortable trying to hold that.
